Hi All

I have CRS score of 429.
My Highest Degree is B.tech (Electrical Electronics Stream).
IELTS Band 9.
I have IT Experience of 8.5+ years as IT Analyst (Job code is 0271).

What are my chances of receiving an ITA?

Unfortunately extremely low with that score. Have you evaluated all of your education? Do you have a spouse who could add points to your application through taking a language test?

With a Max IELTS score your only hope is a second language test to increase score or a PNP. Otherwise CRS has never gone below 450.

Well, yes I am married. And this CRS is inclusive all scores.
However, this is just a tentative score. I have not yet created the profile.

Any scope for provincial nomination??
Many will be re-opening soon.

You should apply for PNP for sure. There are some indications that in the future CRS will drop under 450 but it's slim. Better to have a back-up.

Create a profile and watch for the month of September. This is the month that we were promised that scores would drop phenomenally.

zero

Get PNP

Thanks scylla.. My ECA is under process and my husband's language & other points have already been included in my tentative score of 429.
BTW my language is CLB 9, what are my chances through Provincial Nominations? Should I create a profile with this score?

Is job offer Mandatory to receive a Provincial Nomination?

In general, no. But it depends which province you're aiming for. Read the Summary of Eligibility Requirements sticky thread.

Most provinces require you to have an EE profile in order to apply for PN, so yes, you should create a profile.

Your chances depend entirely on whether or not you qualify. Again, read through the Summary of Eligibility Requirements sticky thread.

Yes or no depending on province

I highly recommend that you try PNPs- without them, your chances seem to be fairly slim, unfortunately.

You should apply for SINP express entry. You don't need a job offer and your occupation is also identied as "IN Demand"

Check all the PNP programms, see if you qualify for any now.

In the meantime, OINP in theory will start inviting people soon, and the score they need is (subject to changes) 400...
