Chances of getting ITA for CRS Score below 400

Hi Guys,
How are Chances of getting ITA for CRS Score below 400. My Job Code is 2172 - Database Administrator having CRS Score below 400. Should I try for PNP, but even there I didnt; get invite from Ontario though they accepts below 400 for ICT Professional. Express Entry profile created in April 2017.

How low below 400 are you?

People have been estimating that it will drop to under 400 towards the end of the year but seeing that the draws have dried up I'm not that hopeful
