I totally agree with you that points b/w 435 & 450 are really confusing cause as per my understanding, this is the range in which maximum applocants lie as per CIC EE details published back in august start.
I think its better to go with PNP than to wait cause either way PNP quota will be filled pretty soon.
I myself is applying for PNP because according to the discussions on this forum, even i with 447 have slim chances of getting an ITA if current trend continues.

they said 1500 quota allotted to oonp means 1200 still to be given. In fact only one person got oonp on 10th August that too for french speaking. Will they start sending PT again ?

jaysingh to me they would take the crs down to 441 and u get fair chance. it will go up once to 750 and complete the quota of pnp and job people than reduce to 441 thats my guess
