Long story short...

I am visiting my husband in November and we are planing come back to Canada together to spend Christmas here.

Our PR application has been IP for 2 months already...did 2nd medical...still waiting for PPR. :(

He is from visa exempt country and We have prepared the following:

Sponsor's Bank Statement, Employment Letter, Recent Pay-stub -- showing that I will be financially support my husband during his stay;
Sponsor's property deed --he will be staying with me at my apartment;
Applicant's Employment Letter, Bank Statement & Return Ticket of course;
The letter we received from CPC-M indicates that I met the requirements fro eligibility as a sponsor;
Official Receipt from CIC shows that I already paid $1,040
Our marriage certificate;
GCMS Notes we received showing that eligibility was passed already;

What do you think? Are these enough? My husband will only come visit for 3 weeks for Christmas and my birthday!

Thanks in advance!!!

IMHO, he should be fine, because he will be able to satisfy the border officer's concern, regarding dual intent:

If I understand this correctly, your husband will require a visa regardless to enter Canada (if he is not from visa exempt country), the items you have listed is only support documentation.
