Hi I have an american GF who I want to sponsor under the conjugal sponsorship (we have been together for over a year and havent been able to be together because of her probation) she had a d.u.i. charge and a child endanderment charge for having her step daughter in the vehicle, she lost her licience for a year and has met all the requirements for her probation does any one know if that will get in the way of our application? if so how can we overcome this?
Also if she comes here for 6 months are there any requirements or can she just cross the border and does she need to tell them she is here for 6 months? sorry so many grey areas here..any advice would be great thanks so much..

She has a problem, she is inadmissible to Canada as a visitor and as a PR until she can apply for rehabilitation. She can't apply until 5 years have elapsed since the end of sentence/probation. see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/faq-inadmissibility.asp
