Thks PMM I wonder if the ImmOfficer has ever demmed someone rehabilitated before the five years? since he is and expert on inadmissibilty

On the CIC website it states that you must wait 5 years before you can apply for rehabilitation for being Criminal Inadmissable. Has anyone heard of anyone getting rehablitated before the 5 years?

Hi .. does anyone know if Canada Immigration knows when you leave the country to the USA, and vice-versa..I know they have ways of tracking your passport by scanning it. Do USA and Canada share that info? is it all linked up? thks
