It has taken around 5 months in total from AOR, and i only got my PPR a few days ago. The hold up in my case was for 2 months, after which the case was re-opened (mine was actually rejected and closed). I believe after 30 days of raising a web-form, the folks at the call centre are able to send an official reminder to visa officers. So ask them to do so, if not already done. Godspeed!

If it's over 180 days, you have to do itI want to know if I stayed for 4 months in KKTC northern cyprus, 1 month break to home country and another 4 months in KKTC, do I need to provide pcc of Northern Cyprus or just mention it in travel history?

Hello Everyone, I'm in the same boat where my PR application was cancelled as incomplete. I studied in TRNC and I'm reapplying. I'd like to know how to go about getting the police certificate with the archive record, do I just attach an LOE alongside the certificate that I have from TRNC police?
My PR application was also rejected because of TRNC police report. How can I get this RE-OPENED and resolved please someone should help me

Hello everyone. I used a Lawyer to get the police certificate for Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, I have done my biometrics and medical. Only for me to receive a message that Canada doesn’t recognise TRNC, what can I do. I have sent a letter of explanation and other documents through web form. Can anyone suggest what else to be done?
