Credit card number change post AoR

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know if we need to report change on credit card number when the application is being processed?

A couple weeks ago Chase detected some fraud attempts on my credit card. I called and they sent me a new card that comes with a different card number, but it's clear that this is the same Chase Sapphire account that goes with my banking.

I am wondering if it's really necessary to tell them, since it's a fairly minor change. What do you guys think?

I don't know why they would even have your credit card info on file, so no you shouldn't update them with that sensitive info
