Credit Card not charged yet

My friend has submitted my application under CEC NOC 2174 May 31, 2014 and received on Jun 05 2014. He has not heard anything back since then and as well there is no credit card charged yet. Is there anyone still waiting for credit card being charged who submitted application around same time.
Also package is not returned yet. So kind of getting concerned with whats happening with his application. Any suggestions?

Some time they take their own time..All you can do it wait.
If tracker shows received at their end then he have to wait.
Also if they return it due to some reason then they will send my normal post which can take a while.

Ask him to keep a eye on credit card transaction..

I was in such a situation and sure enough my application was returned by post 6 weeks later with a cover letter explaining the issues, after correction and resubmission it was accepted and CC charged 4 weeks later.

Hey my application was recieved by May 1 , 2014 and still bank draft is not en cashed yet. My lawyer sent an mail to CIC last week and now waiting for reply..

its been 10 weeks today even my cc is not charged yet what shld i do
