Credential assessment through The University of Toronto

Hello everyone,

I used the Comparative Education Service (CES) by the University of Toronto to assess my credentials, I provided all the necessary docs and paid my fees last month, they have received my sealed transcripts like 20 days ago, however, until now, it's showing me that they haven't started the initial review or if they have received my transcripts (red exclamation marks) even though all the other required steps are completed.

Is there anyone here who has some experience with them? if yes, is this normal?

Hi, this is normal, for me it took them almost 2 months to update online status after required documentation was provided. They are also very slow in completing ECAs and my application that was submitted in Jan 2017 was just completed today. It took them exactly 6 months to work on it though their normal processing time says 17 weeks. If possible, use WES or some other service for obtaining ECA as UoT CES is excruciatingly slow.

Oh snap! I think I'll have to wait since I barely sent my transcripts since I'm not in Syria anymore
