So this is incredibly confusing.

I'm getting so many different answers depending on who we are calling (CIC/CSBA).

My fiance got her COPR, and since she is already in Canada we made an appointment at a local office to "land" on Friday. However they don't process B4 (importing goods to follow) forms at these appointments.

I called the CSBA and they said these forms can only be processed at the port of entry. The airport local office said that we only need to worry about B4 forms when ACTUALLY bringing stuff in. Since we're not planning on bringing goods in until July, does this mean we can not bother doing the B4 goods to follow until July?

Another agent I talked to basically said "no, we need to know right when you land what goods you are bringing, if you wait even a few days they could reject it". This to me sounds like they wouldn't accept out B4 in July since we left it 'too late"

Does anyone have experience with this? Landing inland at CIC offices and importing goods from another country?

People who have emailed just get the benefit of it saying when it was mailed, but honestly with Canada post that doesn't help at all !

I know Canada post is the worst! But I might get lucky and they will say COPR was sent

Anybody recently received passport request and then sent his/her passport to CPC - OTTAWA? how long it takes that they sent you, your visa and passport back?

Does anyone have any idea how long after appeal has been allowed and after all the requested documents have been resend to Ottawa does it take for them to contact us. We won our appeal in Sept. 2015. All the documents and re done medical and criminal check have been send to Ottawa and received week before Christams 2015. I know some people who won after us have already received ppr. Our original visa office was Paris but after winning the appeal they asked to send all update forms and the other things to Ottawa. Is our application processed now in Ottawa or in Paris. Nobody at the call center can tell me anything. I have no idea where our application is and what is the time frame to hear anything. any information would be greatly appreciated.

Crazy i applied for mine in may, and people from november getting DM. So frustrating. They need to get there head out there arse.

Same here, I sent my passport to CPC-OTTAWA since it is a part of a choice where I can send my documents. I used Canada Post Xpresspost and forgot to ask them to include the signature of the Recipient once my document have been . How will I know that it has been delivered to the right person? Should I email the CPC-OTTAWA & enquire? So worried here.

I have one signature that they received it. However, I am worried too. I sent it Monday 07.03.2016. May I ask you, when did you send your documents? I sent email but as usual nobody reply.

Did you use the pre-paid xpresspost & paid extra fee for the signature service? Sent my documents yesterday and they will receive it on Monday. Is there another way to contact them? You think they will update us first in our CIC account that our COPR have been mailed?

Yes, I did. I sent last Monday. I don't know, hope so. But never heard that they update COPR. one guy yesterday told me, that he got his visa and COPR within 10 days, other guy told me 11 weeks! so we are in the same boat.

I just got DM update on my ECAS today.

I guess there is not way to tell if it is a good decision. LOL

We got DM Feb 29th, two weeks after our photo request. Got another photo request via email March 10th, and ecas updated March 11th with 'We sent you a letter please consider mail delivery delays before contacting us' is that finally the COPR being sent? We are quite confused. We were able to book his landing appointment last week.
