Looks like we are in the same boat as ours was received the same day. We haven't heard a thing so far and Ecas still shows application received status. I know the first time we sent it in (back in August) they sent it back because we had forgotten to fill in a form for his son so I would assume it would be the same if you had made a mistake. I think we just have to try to be patient.... *sigh*

oh very interesting! I cant imagine I remembered everything and did it all correctly...lol so we'll see what happens next. its so interesting this process. just waiting!!! never know whos going to get picked next!!!

Well it's finally official.

On May 8th 2014 my husband got his COPR!

It arrived this morning but was dated May 8th. Not sure what date you want to use.....our mail has been so slow lately!

Yay! So happy

So I was hoping someone could maybe answer a question for me?

My husband is wanting to possibly ship a few things to my place that he can't fit in his suitcases (he really doesn't have much stuff.... Just a few bigger things). How can he send it here without paying duty or taxes? He will most likely send it a day or two before he does his actual landing, so he'll already be here when it arrives. Just not 100% sure how this all works? I know he will fill out the goods to follow on the B4 form, but how will they know not to charge us duty?

Hopefully this isn't a silly question! Haha
Thanks guys!

Well . . . I'm at Port Huron and landing tomorrow! It's been a long five days driving across the US and hauling my goods. Just hope everything goes smoothly. Wish me luck!
