Thanks Amikety!! I was on the original Buffalo spreadsheet which makes this PPR even more exciting because though our file was simple, straight forward, due to Buffalo closing and not paying RPRF upfront, out processing has seen it's fair share of delays!! Here are my stats:

App Received: Oct. 3 2011

Sponsor approval: Nov 3 2011

Medical redone due to expiration: May 2, 2013

PPR: May 14, 2013

Now just waiting for COPR! Gosh, I hope this part doesn't take a long time! I'm so excited right now so if I left anything out of my timeline feel free to ask!

You're updated... sorta. Yesterday was May 13th, so I put down the 13th. :P If this is because of a time zone error, let me know and I can fix it.

You're landing on my hubby's birthday! :D

I've added you. You can fill in any blanks you like, but after your ordeal, I wouldn't blame you if you'd forgotten many of them! :D

Hahaha! Thanks Amikety! I tried to fill in the blanks (what I remember anyway) but I am unable to :( It's ok, though, I'm just happy to see the end is near in this process! Does anyone have any idea *roughly* how long it could take to receive COPR? (I'm in Canada with hubby on a visitor's record)

Not yet. This Thursday will be 3 weeks, so maybe by the end of next week they'll be here.

Our ECAS remains unchanged. Despite that, my wife and I are heading up to Montreal this weekend to look for an apartment (for a July 1 move) in anticipation of COPR being issued sometime relatively soon. It's been 9 weeks since our courier delivered docs to Ottawa, so presumably we should see some movement soon. If nothing else, having an apartment leased will be more evidence of sponsor's (my) intent to reside in Canada that we can scan and send to CIC (if they haven't already made a decision before this weekend). July 1 is about the time when we were planning on moving in any event, so the kids have a month or so to adjust before school starts.

There's a thread posted on here with updates

I hadn't heard anything about a strike - how likely is a strike?

I'm going to say not very. Harper will declare them esstential and have them get back to work. Canada cannot sit around and not process visitor and student visas especially. Worker maybe too. Some types might not be as vital - but visitor and students, dumping their tourist and tuition funds into the economy is needed - especially tourism dollars on the eastern seaboard. Not to mention Harper's been all glowing over his reduction of backlogs (no matter the cost) so I doubt he'll want to start building them.

Do you remember the Canada Post strike in 2011? Yeah, I think Harper ordered them back to work in 2-3 days. My husband had mailed me my Valentine's gift in the US the day the strike began. Got my stuff ten days later (including weekends). That strike didn't last long.
