Sure, how do you post your timeline in the profile??

You have to have posted 10 times before certain profile options are available to you, or before you can send private messages to other participants.
Conrgats on the PPR!!

Thanks, this was actually a lot less painful than when I moved to the USA and became a perm resident. Thought there would be more steps.

Another question!

When I was approved as a sponsor I got an "official" attached PDF letter from CPP OTT. For my wifes PR they just said she was approved in a reply to an email. Should we expect an "official" approval letter?

From what I read from this threads, your wife will receive a CORP. But wait for the experts to answer your question.

I have a question for you, at the beginning of the email CIC sent to you, it has "Thank you for your email", so did your wife send them an inquiry? If that is the case, I might also shoot them an email to ask for timeline.

We originally got a question from CIC about wanting more proof I intended to re-establish in Canada once my wife was approved. (we both live in the USA). Once I replied to the email asking exactly what sort of examples did they need of proof, they replied with the quoted email stating she had been approved. ;) The online status has been updated to Decision Made, I was just expecting a letter or something..

I just realised I'm not on the spreadsheet - oops! Could someone please add me (in the hopes that I'll be turning a different colour very soon!)

I had nothing in the mail yesterday so am waiting for Fridays delivery!!!!!

Does anyone know if Ecas tracker is still working?

Trying to add you but your timeline is so confusing haha I did my best let me know if anything needs changed. Have you gotten PPR or no?

I feel like I'm on the hardest part now, waiting for my CoPR from LA XD

Hi Shylox and IvanP, can one of you update my timeline? I received email of PPR today! Thanks for all the support.

You're telling me it's confusing ;)

No ppr yet, although if you stick your head out of a window from now until sometime in the future, you should hear the scream of joy and relief when it does come :)

Thanks for the add. xx

(edited to add that looks about right!)

I'm not on the spreadsheet either if Shylox or IvanP wants to add me!
Here's my timeline:

Application received: Aug 20th, 2012
Sponsor approved: Sept 25th, 2012
RPRF requested: Feb 19th, 2013
I had my medicals done June 19th, 2012

So far, that's it.

I think I've said it before, but my husband and I are REALLY ticked off at the attorney for not telling us about the RPRF and giving us the option to pay it upfront. I mean, I suppose we could have done a little bit more research, but that's what we were paying someone two grand for!

Hi everyone, I was reading other posts and noticed that I may have answered a question incorrectly on one of my forms.... I am absolutely worried now about this decision made. Form 5490 question 27, my common-law husband and I said no because we are not officially allowed to move our stuff together and live together. Did I make a mistake by saying no? He was actually "living" with me from May 2011, going back and forth to the US. He would go back to the US every 2 to 3 months for a couple of days and come back. OMG.... Did I really screw up with this question? Would the VO officer not give us an opportunity to explain our answer.... I really hope I didn't screw this up.... :(

We sent in the copy of the Passport on Feb 28th and Cic just updated our application reading Decision Made. Heres hoping we will be getting the COPR soon! :)

Sent off the proof of my (the sponsor's) intent to reside in Canada, new photos, copies of the CSQs, and passport copies this morning. Glad that's done - what a pain in the ass it is to gather and assemble documents for CIC. >:(

What a refreshing change it will be to go back to checking the USPS website for delivery confirmation, rather than checking ECAS.

ARGH! Today is the 7-month anniversary of me sending my application! WHERE'S MY COPR?! :-\
