I've only used it twice, the first time was useless (they literally didn't even ask for my UCI/app number and told me they couldn't help) and this time.gooh said:What is the best way to go about calling the call center anyway? The number is 1-888-242‑2100. I am pretty sure I dial... 1, 9, 1, 1, and maybe another 1? xD It's pretty straightforward, you have to listen to the stupid menu telling you to check your stuff online which feels like it takes forever, but if you follow the instructions and press the right stuff it's not hard to get on with a real person. I waited on hold for about 10 minutes today before someone answered, which isn't too bad.
