Ugh, I'm in the same boat.. Nothing yet. I'm going to call them first thing in the morning tomorrow & see if they've actually at least sent it out. ???EmSNYC said:No COPR Yet.
Please let us know what you hear, if anything. I hope you receive good news there, but if yours hasn't been mailed out then at least we can commiserate together.msbigshot said:Ugh, I'm in the same boat.. Nothing yet. Weird. I called a couple of days ago and they mentioned it was shipped out that day and they told be I'd been approved and should expect the COPR in the mail soon.EmSNYC said:I called the two days ago (went the French route to save time) and the agent basically gave vague responses telling me not to worry. Well, to be honest I don't mind receiving the COPR a little later as long as the medical extension is reasonable and I have enough time to prepare the transition to Canada.

From what the agent told me yesterday, the call centre can confirm whether or not anything has been mailed, but if it has not been mailed they cannot discuss the application.
I have seen some suggest to call and tell them your MP said you were approved and you need to know when your COPR was mailed to arrange travel plans.msbigshot said:So I just called the call center and basically was told NOTHING. I explained that I received a DM on my online status & was wondering if they could shed more light on that. Rather something had been mailed out or not... She then began talking in circles about how she cannot do anything unless it says that they will contact me regarding their decision. I explained again, that was in fact what was stated when I checked my ecas. Then she said that I am more than welcome to send Ottawa a message and inquire because it's a pilot program they've launched? WHAT? I told her I applied Outland-Family Class-Spouse.. Still, nothing she can do. ? Did I call the wrong people......?!?!?!??! AHHH.
My script was "I have applied for permanent residence; my UCI number is <blank>. As of June 30, the online status has said that 'a decision has been made and the visa office will contact you', but I have received no such contact. Can you tell me whether anything has yet been sent to me regarding this decision?"msbigshot said:She then began talking in circles about how she cannot do anything unless it says that they will contact me regarding their decision. From what I could glean from my conversation earlier in the week, if the COPR had been sent then the agent could have confirmed acceptance, which would be consistent with your experience.Ontariobat said:That's almost exactly what I said, Majromax. I would try calling again. I was even able to squeak the approval and a congratulations out of them.
Good point. The person did also want to confirm that I'd been waiting longer than the time suggested (16 months). So I'm not sure I would have gotten anything out of her if I'd been under that time on the application.Majromax said:From what I could glean from my conversation earlier in the week, if the COPR had been sent then the agent could have confirmed acceptance, which would be consistent with your experience.
That was another thing at the end of the conversation she said well if you applied any time after March 2014 then I can't give any information because I hadn't passed that timeline yet... Geeze. They really know how to test your patience....Ontariobat said:Good point. The person did also want to confirm that I'd been waiting longer than the time suggested (16 months). A few weeks ago I was told by the agents that my application was almost done, they were just waiting on a couple of things. Then suddenly, I couldn't get any information at all. I was told they were instructed to NOT give ANY information anymore if the application was within the 16 month period.msbigshot said:That was another thing at the end of the conversation she said well if you applied any time after March 2014 then I can't give any information because I hadn't passed that timeline yet... Looking at the 2015 spreadsheet, it's pretty fast. A week to two weeks.fiona2009 said:Does anyone have any data on average time between In Progress to Decision Made?
