there is nothing to do. your husband will be receiving his COPR in the mail soon. not all ottawa applicants are getting passport requests (Which is only a copy of the passport for us citizens). Have your husband check his mail for a brown envelope from CIC. it will be letter sized. it took 5 days for it to be delivered to me in CT, so depending on where you husband is, it can arrive sooner or later than that. he will be free to land once he receives the paperwork, and it will have an expiration date on it. all he will need is the copr and his passport. if he is bringing his belongings with him to canada, he needs to fill out the goods and goods to follow forms so he won't have to pay duty. if he's importing his car, he will need to take the proper steps to do that. he does NOT need to import it at landing, and can do it at a later date. just make sure the car is listed so he won't have to pay the taxes!
