Welp, looks like I'm the sneaky one just sneaking on in! I hope I updated everything correctly. I just followed the pattern of organization by app receipt in Mississauga.

:)

LOL @ Kelm.....yup....you snuck right in there....Shylox and I were kinda watching each other's progress in hopes of gaining the next stages along the same timeline. Now we'll be watching yours closely too. We'll try not to make you feel like an Oreo cookie :D

I'm just ahead of Shylox too, I would love nothing more than to get a PPR for Christmas while I'm in Newfoundland!

Welcome to our "cluster"....lol
What a wonderful Christmas present that would be eh !! Unfortunately I think end of January might be more realistic based on watching the April and May spreadsheets.

I would have to agree, though it would be an awesome Christmas present! haha

I'll gladly take a late new years present though =D

I have a feeling that we will really be monitoring things come January. Like we aren't now....lol
I keep watching for that entire "Ottawa" cluster in the May spreadsheet to change colour :D

I check in a few times a day at most, but I've found it to be easier on me and my wife if we spend our time occupying ourselves with other things. The time passes more quickly that way. =)

For example, I'm in the process of teaching myself bartending and mixology via the internet and youtube. I've always loved a good drink every now and then and mixing my own seemed pretty appealing. Plus, now once I get PPR me and our group of friends can all get drunk to celebrate! hahaha

*sings* "Here I am, stuck in the middle with you..."

I'm glad that there's an Ottawa cohort! It's a little nuts trying to go from month to month and picking out the Ottawa peeps.

Yes. It is nice to have the Ottawa sheet to monitor. Makes life much easier.

Glad it's so popular/useful, but it seemed like there was more updating happening when it was open. I've only gotten one PM with a request to update since I closed it.

At least you don't have to be fixing it every day though. I'm thinking that it is a very busy time of the year for everyone and maybe once the holidays are over more people will want to have their info entered.

I have gotten zero PMs as well. I think rewording the heading might help, it might be leading people to believe that the spreadsheet is closed closed, like as in no longer being updated. I know it says differently but it could be taken different ways depending on how you read it(or if you even finish reading it lol). Perhaps just have it say PM so and so to be added/update your info.

Or it could just be the time of year, people are busy busy busy.

EDIT: Oh, the heading has already been changed. Carry on now...hahaha

So nice to have you both looking after our best interests on the spreadsheet.

I have some questions regarding Stage 2.

1) I belong to visa exempt country (U.S.A) , Do they process it in ottawa or send the file to Los angeles ?

2) Since i took my medical in June 2012 -- do i need to take medical exam again ?

I have this sense of déjà vu.

It may be processed either in Ottawa or an office in the US (NYC, LA, Detroit or Seattle) depending upon the requirements of your application.

Not likely - the medical is good for 12 months and may be extended by CIC (but that's their choice, not yours). For spousal applications there is almost nothing in a medical that can lead to a refusal, so extension is the norm.
