I've got the PA DM in March. When I rang the call center they said that no decision has been made, what does it mean then? IRCC received my applicaiton in Feb 2020, some of the late applicants have already got their CoPR.
Any idea what's going on?
PS: the case is being processed by CPC-O

For those who have mentioned AOR2 date in their timeline, May I ask does Ottawa send you an email for AOR2 or this date is just when ECAS says "we started processing your application" under PA's side ?

For how long does it usually take to change your application ECAS status from "Application Received" to "In Process" ? Mine still application received for more than a month now :(

Hi,

For applications processed in CPC Ottawa, from which VO does the PPR request come ? Is it from local VO or CPC-O ?

And do we submit it to local VO or is there a chance we can submit passport directly to CPC-O for stamping ?
I am seeking the current situation in India..If we get PPR, is there a chance we can submit it to CPC-O directly, being NDVO closed for so long ?

No, you won't submit (generally) to Ottawa just because they processed your file.

It doesn't matter (mostly) where the PPR comes from, the instructions are to submit to the visa application centre nearest if the applicant is outside of Canada. If the applicant is somewhere else like USA, could submit there, for example.

There are some wrinkles that come up if the applicant is elsewhere, but not worth going into. And no, it usually woudln't make sense to travel somewhere else just to submit passport. (Possible exception of going to Canada but won't go into that, would need trv in the first place)
