I just called IRCC again today and they said the same thing: Your file is being processed right now in Ottawa, no additional documents needed. They said usual process takes 12 months and it may take more because of Covid.

Wow, checked this morning and I finally have the line which says that we have started processing your application on March 22, 2021. Nothing on gckey yet.

3. We sent correspondence regarding medical instructions.......
4. Medical results have been received.

you likely won't see anymore updates on Gckey except for Pre-Arrival letter, unless they need other documents from you.. at this stage they don't seem to update anything else on there and it seems the information is not accurate... we have DM and PreA, and our gckey still looks like our application was just started lol.

Oh okay. Thank you. Actually we read about this before also. Her file went to Ottawa on 13th or 14th November,2020. (Don’t remember exactly)So that’s why we were wondering why don’t she have that line about processing after 14th November. We thought there will be 3rd line saying that we have started processing your application on 14th nov, 2020 at Ottawa Vo.

From what I've seen, PA's from the US get transferred to Ottawa, is that correct? Our app was received in Oct, And this month I've received my AOR, SA, and Medical request, along with the request to pay for Biometrics. Has the process time picked up in Ottawa now? Hoping the ball gets rolling after I do my medical and do biometrics whenever they send that request too
