CPC Mississauga Updates?

That sucks big time! I'm not seeing any update from CPC-M on the tracker either. God only knows why are not working.
Found this on Twitter.
"IRCC has committed to reducing the COVID-19 spousal sponsorship backlog. Unfortunately, it has had to reduce its "footprint" at CPC-M due to the second wave of COVID-19. However, they are looking at digitizing these paper applications so that processing can resume."

Everything is BS at the moment. Mississauga is not working while applications are being approved by Ottawa center. Applicants from January 2020 and before are waiting for any update while applicants from March 2020 have gotten DMs. No response to queries. No actual information in GCMS notes. Half of December is over and still no progress. The process sucks. The government sucks. Their work ethics sucks. Everything sucks.
Looking into? What the heck were they doing the last 8 months? This is so depressing.
I agree! I have the whole file saved in my dropbox. All they have to do is give us an option to upload these files instead of wasting tax dollars on digitizing these documents.

can’t do anything but hopeI dont know what did they do during the height of pandemic, they should've took that time transitioning to digital. I am working in a cheap American company, transitioning to work remotely has been a challenge for us at first but were able to adjust to it. Maybe they just started processing files again September then 2nd wave hits. How unfortunate.
