This is another problem I'm having with the whole process. So much confusion. No clarity whatsoever. And why there is no first come first serve here? I understand that some applications might be problematic and take more time, but to just jump to a different month altogether, that's BS

Could anybody please help me how to get to speak to a IRCC customer service person ? I am trying this number 18882422100 but just unable to get to talk to anybody. Is there a different number ?

Congratulation! Glad to see an August application get DM!
Called IRCC today to see what’s going on with the application. Pretty much told me they have not started on eligibility and security yet. Been at this stage since March. Feb 2020 applicant. What are these clowns doing? Apps after are getting DM’s. So disheartening.
Didn't you mentioned to them learn from Ottawa VO. they are making final decisions in 30 calendar days and we are waiting since Jan 30, 2020.

Do we know what Mississauga is being utilized for? It seems like all new applications are being sent exclusively to Ottawa. While Mississauga very slowly trickles through backlogged applications. Almost like Spousal Applications are no longer their concern.
Going to work and then coming straight home to an empty apartment is starting to take its toll.
I have noticed two things, they are working for sure, but at a very slow pace.
They are not prioritizing any type of application but I noticed they are working preferably on two types of applications
1. Parents sponsorship
2. Inland spousal applications.
I have two sponsorship applications (outland spousal application and Parents sponsorship 2019) relaxing at CPC-M and not received any update. Parents are in Canada on Super Visa.

Exactly!! Today came to know from someone that a March 2020 applicant already reached Canada..
And we are still waiting for an update from 10 months.
