CPC Mississauga Updates?

IRCC stated on the email that "The assessment to determine if the sponsored person meets the eligibility requirements has not been initiated yet." and "The security verifications have not been initiated for the applicant". While my Mp office is saying "pending review of sponsored person's eligibility and security verifications and nothing abnormal is noted on file." So now, I am so confused since has not been initiated and pending are two different things.

From what I know, most of our applications ; eligibility and security are NOT STARTED. Its the same with me and I am Nov 2019 applicant. Honestly, I dont know if MPs are playing with words or if the GCMS notes are not properly updated to reflect the exact status.

Definitely, CPC-Mississauga is unable to complete eligibility and security checks for most applicants. And I don't know what is stopping them from doing this.

The IRCC agents or the MPs are not letting us know the real deal. All we can do is just wait.

This is forum which one can fill out to send their concerns to PM..I filled it out and emailed to them regarding the slow processing by IRCC on spousal files then they send me an email stating that they forwarded it to Minister of IRCC for consideration. Im not sure if it will help but maybe if everyone email them raise some voice then might make some impact. I am also waiting for an update from missisauga but no update from so long.

Hey I today I got a email from my mp that ircc have not received your remedical (sputum test) which I gave in may2020 because of that eligibility assessment is pending..but when I checked with hospital they are saying we have sent in may itself and nothing is pending..what it cud be any idea..m so worried

Got the standard generic response email from the PM Office. He cannot intervene but is sending the email to Immigration minister.

I’m June, 2019 applicants I just used that link to send note to PM to let know Pandemic is is not the answer we want to hear as IRCC finalized files receive in 2020 while People like me still waiting over 20 months

Do you know this for certain or is it an assumption? I was told they are only processing emergency applications.
