depends upon province to province check their website it is almost $400 - $500 annual.

Yes LOG can be directly from instiute to institute is acceptable
5) Do they accept email submission of all forms including Affidavit.
yeah many forms they accpet online but like affidavit not, u can send by mail.
6) Procedure after registration in case I decide to relocate outside Ontario.
once admitted then u have to pass in certain period otherwise not valid. Yes u can continue but exams here in Canada only
