Also air Canada not willing to refund our money they are saying its our fault but we tried calling to jo avail.plus when we web checked in they could of simple say at this time you cannot web check in cause you are a mon national

I think the issue is that you didn’t cancel in advance. Would call air canada and argue that you thought you could land because you would get to Canada before 12pm. It may take a few days to get through. Unfortunate that you didn’t call last week and try to change your ticket to arrive earlier. Apparently they were allowing free changes if there was room on the plane.

These information are there on their web before the travel ban. Basically, it is valid of you can't travel to Canada due to restrictions from the country you travel from. Currently, we can't travel due to restrictions imposed by Canada.

Unfortunately you now need to speak to the Canadian landlord and find somewhere to stay in T&T for a while.

Also depends on when your COPR expires. Some people hadn’t booked flights so proof is needed. If it doesn’t expire for 1-2 months they may not give out extensions yet.

Would wait a while. You still have 6 weeks.

It is a bit tricky situation. If they open the boarder 01/05 for example, it isn't easy to book and travel within 3 days.

Unfortunately the airline was correct in not allowing you to board. The travel ban extends to COPR holders. You were correctly refused boarding.
