So we have our package ready to send besides from the cover letter. We have different things that we like to explain, involving different forms. Do I write one cover letter to explain all or write a cover letter per form?
Also all the extra documents that need to be send in (proof of common law, passport copies, birth ceritifcates.... - do I need to put something on top stating my name and birthdate?
