You don't need any sample covers. If the info is strong enough it should talk by itself, if not then it is most likely relevant.

Thank you. I'll just enclose all the documents. I have one more question, boyfriend or girlfriend? Is this a red flag to CIC? My boyfriend is writing an invitation letter. He has been my boyfriend for 9 years. However, I am kinda worried that immigration may deny my application if they found out that we are in a relationship, since I read a lot of posts here that they will surely deny the application if they found out . If we will only mention that we are only very close friends, will that be a good idea? Hoping for your swift reply.

Lying to CIC is not advised. Be honest. Bf/gf get TRVs all the time, you need to have a strong case.

Thank you. Is T4 really require by visa officer? Is bank statement, employment certifcate enough to proof financial documents of host?

The host only needs to show latest bank statement (or some other means that will make it obvious that they can afford to sponsor).

Host "requirements" are easy and simple, as they don't really hold ANY responsibility for the applicant. The applicant is the one that needs to show a strong case, not the host.
