Courrier or regular mail ?

If you need signature then courier address.. If not then regular

Both ways application are received.
I sent mine by courier,, was received next day with signature

Canada Post xpress post takes ages to deliver without giving you proof of delivery with signature.
Use courier instead.

Use courier. It's a bit pricey but it's way quicker. I used FedEx to send my application and it took them more or less 24 hours to deliver to Sydney from Montreal.
So unless you aren't in a rush, courier FTW!
