COURIER - PUROLATOR

Hi All, please help to understand:

I've sent my PGP application per the address for the courier on the website, but without signature request.
Courier addresses
We accept deliveries from couriers between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for statutory holidays.We don’t accept deliveries before or after these hours.

• Applications for sponsorship of parents and grandparents:
  CPC-M-PGP
  P.O. Box 8020, STN T CSC
  Ottawa, ON
  K1G 3H6

It seems now that Purolator has delivered yesterday to a weird address below:
May 3, 2019 10:02 Ottawa, ON Shipment delivered to sci at: SHIP DOCK of sci 2303 STEVENAGE DR K1G3W1

Does anyone know what should be the correct address for the courier in Ottawa, please?

Hi Katherine,
I sent with Purolator too to PO Box address and got a call from them that it will be forwarded to 2303 stevenage drive address.
However when I tracked it, it says delivered to Public safety office, 269 laurier avenue west, Ottawa and signed by JIM.. When I called them, they said yes it was delivered to 2303 stevenae drive only but driver put wrong address on scanning. Very worried at this moment.

Can you check who signed on receiving your application?

Call the place that you mentioned, that 269 Lauriner, I think it should be really sent to SHIP DOCK of sci 2303 STEVENAGE DR K1G3W1.

They have corrected the delivery address now.. Do you know who signed for your application?
Any idea how else can I track the application other than waiting for update on ecas?

Thanks, is the last name and the date of and place of birth is of the parent or of the sponsor?

If you enter UCI for sponsor, then enter all rest details for him/her too.. If you check by UCI for parent, then rest will be their details.
