Courier Passport Request

Hi all,

Any idea how to ship with private courier? Which one should i use? We received passport request to finalize permanent residence and were asked to courier the items to Vienna, and to also provide a prepaid coupon for sending the documents back. They also state that the courier will have to notify vienna by email to arrange pick up. Would the courier know how to do this? Can some provide more info? Thanks.

Just go to your local post office they can definitely help you out with this. Can I ask you what your time line is since I also have Vienna as visa office

hey timeline is we sent it to vienna in january 2016. just got passport request 2 days ago.

now we are trying to figure out if its better to send it to the canada office in ottawa (since my wife is in canada) or to vienna. not sure what would be faster.
