Guys use secureship (dot) ca. From there you can get discounted rate from multiple option. FedEx originally is 35 dollar something but at secureship it's around 20

However I had a very bad experience with the lady of purolator. She was really rude. I was really embarrassed.

Registered letter with Canada post is enough. It will get there and you can track your papers

Use courier address if you request for signature, otherwise use PO Box for Canada Post. I sent it via Xpresspost and used the PO Box. That's how I sent my PR application as well 3.5 years ago.
