Guys use secureship (dot) ca. From there you can get discounted rate from multiple option. FedEx originally is 35 dollar something but at secureship it's around 20

However I had a very bad experience with the lady of purolator. She was really rude. I was really embarrassed.

Registered letter with Canada post is enough. It will get there and you can track your papers

Send with Canada post but registered or express/ priority with tracking number. If I remember correctly I sent mine registered xpress with Canada post.

Nope regular. Canada Post works with Box numbers.. If you go to Canada Post office, they will also do it like that.

Yes, I would use the courier address. That's what I used.

Use courier address if you request for signature, otherwise use PO Box for Canada Post. I sent it via Xpresspost and used the PO Box. That's how I sent my PR application as well 3.5 years ago.
