Couple of questions on order of forms

Is there anywhere on the CIC website that states exactly what order everything needs to go in? I'm applying Inland under the spousal route. I know the OWP goes in a separate envelope within the main envelope, and it states the bar codes go at the top. But, do I follow the order of the document checklist? Or do I put the application to sponsor and sponsorship evaluation forms at the top?
Another quick question. I am married, but I assume I am still common law? I ticked yes? Because if we are married and living together, I assume this means we are still in a common law relationship also?
I have placed supporting evidence at the bottom, underneath the application forms and extension pages, and I know we are supposed to put all photographs loosely in the application.

The order doesn't matter, except of the barcode page and checklist which should go on top, but you can arrange them in the order of the checklist if you really must :)
If you are married, then your status is married and no longer common-law.

So all the barcode pages go at the top of they go at the top of each individual form? I've put them at the front of each of the forms. And so, for the form Spouse/common law questionnaire, am I supposed to put No for question 5. Are you in a common law relationship? I put yes, but I am married, but didn't realise that meant I am no longer common law.

Thank you!

Sorry to be a pain. So with that unticked, do I still tick that I have included the proof for common law on the document checklist? Even t hough it's not required, I have still included supporting letter, joint bank account details etc

You don't need any common-law specific proof for your application. However, it cannot hurt to put it in the file - just don't tick any unnecessary boxes as it may confuse the case officer and then god only knows what can happen (like your file put straight into the refugee application stream and processed within weeks by CIC tiger team ;))

yep, I'll re-print my document check list and untick that box also. Makes sense. I was literally ready to send off my application and then I looked it over and had the realisation that I might not be common law if I'm married. I just kinda presumed I would still be considered so! Thanks for the help!

Photographs go loosely right? I'm sure I read that somewhere :) And is it ALL bar codes at the top of the application, or do the bar codes go on the top of each individual form? :)

Photographs must go loose or as many members here doing, printing in color 2/4 photos per page on regular paper. Bar code pages go on top of the application , i.e. all forms together, as it mentioned in the sponsorship guide: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900ETOC.asp
"5. Place the barcode page on top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you submit it."

Ah yes, it does say that, I was just slightly unsure as to whether or not it literally meant on top of everything. So all the bar code pages go on the top! :) Thanks for all your help!

The things you were using as proof of common law can still be included, as proof your relationship is genuine. So things like joint bank accounts, joint lease or mortgage, support letters, etc. can still be sent in. Just make sure you don't send in support letters where they say you are common law, for example.
