Total applications received towards the overall cap: 3,342 / 8,000

but check July google doc, no much change. what's happened ?

Only a small percentage of folks who apply for PR are on this forum.
 
when I say no much change, I mean no change,


even only a small number is on this form, but the date in google doc is almost continuously , some of them should receive AOR now.

why CEC application number only half more this year, and there is only 1 month more left for 2014 .
