sister came as a student last year, and her counterfoil on her passport said expiry on September this year, and her study permit the same.
she initially came to study ESL, then she went to another university to do a Master.
now she wants to extend her study permit using her new passport.
how do they extend a counterfoil while she is inside Canada? would they ask her to send her passport to somewhere in Canada?
is extending a study permit something to worry about ? or is it given to call students easily?
