Couldn't pay online for the CAQ ! is that normal ? help please

Hi,

I'm struggling to apply online for CAQ !!!!

since yesterday, I have tried more than 20 times to pay my fees but without success : sometimes the message is : error payment wasn't effected correctly try again later ! sometimes I got nothing !!!

please anyone had an issue like this please advise me anf I'll be very gratefull

even if I choose the paper based format, I still have to pay online, because all the other payment modes are not available for me !!!!

I did it online and fortunately nothing like this happened to me.
Try a different browser or send an e-mail to the authorities about your problem.

Uhm... He said YOU should send the authorities an email and let them know that there is something wrong with the payment option.

I do not remember it, it is mentioned on CAQ website

I paid CAQ fee online using chrome browser 2 hrs back without any issues.

What about the checklist? Will the personalized checklist be readily after payment? I just applied and paid the fees but I can't download my personalized checklist. It says "error downloading. Try again later." The file size next to the checklist also says "0.0 kb" how long should I wait until the personalized checklist becomes active for download?

It's not a browser issue. I tried using three different kinds.

Yeah it happened to me but I changed the computer three times and I was able to pay...so try a different computer

I was finally able to download it. The file size changed after a while so I guess it was a server glitch. Thanks everyone!
