Try Google.....it's a handy tool......

https://www.google.ca/?gws_rd=ssl#q=immigration+consultants+edmonton+alberta

And this will help with processing times.....

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

And if you are looking for a consultant, why not just do it yourself and save the money?

hi Buletruck,
thanks for the answer. I meant to say someone anybody could recommend from what they experienced, if they have asked for a consultant help.
I honestly would love to do it myself, When it comes to paperwork like this i rather do it myself and not pay anyone else a ridiculous amount of money. However, i Have already been rejected to go to Canada, visitor visa, and visit my husband, we r already 5 months apart. And if we need to do this i would l cannot cope up with being apart from him longer. even knowing my sponsorship application would take at least 12-14 months. That is why we dont wanna take any chances on getting this one wrong.

It depends on why you were rejected. If you have some questions about the process or specific problems, you can post on these forums and people are generally good with replying. Typically, consultants would charge anywhere between 1000 to 5000 dollars. On this forum, a majority of people did their applications themselves. But I can see there could be complex scenarios where you could benefit from legal help.

This is a slightly older thread (the 2017 checklist has changed) but it helped me a lot:

The vast majority of TRVs are refused in your situation; it is not an issue for a PR app.

Hiring a lawyer/consultant will not speed up the process in any way.

sit down and read the guide a few times. Do a rough copy of the application. Come here and ask questions. Use the checklist to confirm you have everything. You'll be fine. It's not the same as a TRV as mentioned.

By the time you find all of the documents and material you need for the consultant you might as well have done it yourself.

It doesn't hurt to have someone with some experience in the matter provide a bit of guidance to make sure you are going in the right direction, or to give your completed application the once-over before you send it in. An investment of a little bit of time and a few dollars now can save you much more time and dollars down the road.

Not intended as an endorsement for him, but this individual provides a fair bit of free information in his blog, and can provide a consult as well if necessary:
