Could you please suggest what all can be given as financial proofs....

Hi Everyone

I have applied for MBA in universities which are:
1.University of New Brunswick,Saint John
2.University of Manitoba
3.University of Saskatchewan
4.Lakehead University
5.University of Regina
6.University of Northern British Columbia

From above given universities I got admission call from all except University of New Brunswick,Saint John.
Probably get a call in week or so as I got positive signal from them.I got offer letters from 3 of above
universities in last week.Remaining two have sent it through mail and will receive in 4-5 days.
But I don't know how to start for the visa Application.The main point of my worry is financial support.I am
going to arrange loan of 15 lakh(tution fee = $33000 appx) for my MBA and tution fee is around 15 lakh.I am working as
Systems Engineer and I am paying tax from last 2 years.Kindly let me know how much funds I need to show
to ambassy and what all could be the possible option for me to show in financial support documents.

Hi,

You need to show a minimum of 1 year tuition fees + 1 year living cost + 2 ways air fare (lets say $3,000) at your/sponsor's bank as cash or bonds. If you show cash, please note that the money needs to be in the account for few months, around 4 or more.[expected].

I am not sure about showing loan amount, experts, please advise.

The money can come from any legal source (tax paid) that can be selling a property, sponsor's salary or business.

possible docs if earning is salary:

appointment letter
salary certificates
pay slip or bank transfer proof
if your office pays tax, cool!, else tax papers

possible docs if earning is business:

Tax identification number (TIN) certificate
maybe business financial audit report
business license etc

possible docs if earning is through selling a property:

Selling deeds, that shows you, mr. X sold your land/house to mr. Y and received xxx amount, and please not that you also needs to show that the buyer paid buying tax (depends upon country to country) while buying your property.

Thanks for replying.
Could you please let me know if some one other than my family member is showing funds for my studies,
it wont be a point of question by ambassy.If it is, what should i do in this case.

anybody can sponsor you to come and study in canada, but its always nice if some close relative does so, lets say maternal uncles (please show relations too: your birth cert with your mom's name, your mom's birth cert with ur grandpa's name and your uncle's cert with same father as your mom).

However it depends on VO whether they will question why this man/woman is sponsoring you, but I guess a nice sponsorship letter from your sponsor explaining why s/he is eager to sponsor you will help. (eg. future help in business, a favor for something etc)

Its best to show the funds in your named account held for 4 months. After this the next best is to have a parent or sibling sponsor your but this risky. Using cousins or other relative adds to the risk.

And what if the person who is sponsoring me is my would be Father in law?In that case what kind of proof i need to submit?

Marriage cert and birth cert of your wife.

But m not yet married m engaged, so cant show the marrige proofs.

I am going to show the following financial proofs.Please let me know if it is fine or I need to correct:
1.Education Loan of 15 Lakh(INR) = $33000 appx
2.Dad's PF amount= 7 lakh(INR) = $15000 appx
3.My sponsorer's Fixed Deposit of 10 lakh(INR) = $20000 appx.
4.Evaluation of my house in name of my Dad (30 Lakh appx.)

Experts please suggest me if above given details would be sufficient or I need to correct.If yes please provide me some guidance regarding this.
