I am Canadian citizen, employed full time living in Canada. My future wife is a U.S. citizen living in the U.S..
Would this process work: we get married and file an outland spousal sponsorship application, then a month later we show up at the border with all the necessary paperwork, and obtain a 6 month extended visitor status. Then if a month before the extended visitor status is up our PR is not approved, we file for an extension and get it.
Can anyone advise me if this would work and any issues one might have?
Thanks, and thanks to everyone who has responded to my posts and even sent me a pm (for some reason it won't let me write back)
