Could I modify my CAQ application?

This is my first time apllying to Canada and already have my acceptance letter. I made a mistake on my CAQ application so I dont know what to do. Would you recommend me to do another application or can I modify that one?

Can you be more specific about the error you are having?

I mistakenly wrote my hometown name instead of Montreal in declaration commitment and authorisation form at place where it is signed and dated. However in ARRIMA portal I correctly wrote Montreal Canada

What should I do?
