Correspondence letter

Hello everybody
I recieved the correspondance letter on Thursday, but not refusal letter or PPR letter.

I applied online for second timr from Iran and my application send to PCP ottawa.

Is that mean my TRV application refused ?

I look at many time lines here and %99 of approval TRV application recieved the PPR and correspondance in the same day..... only rejected applications take time to recieved letter a day or more after correspondance letter.

No my first ever refusal was same time but approval came after 24 hours and in my family they even got approval after one week

4 days gone from correspondence and didnt recieve refusal or PPR letter. wait for Monday to see what will bring

Last time I applied, my refusal came 6 days after my correspindance. I applied offline by vfs last time but not sure if for online applications it takes the same time.
