Same happened in my online MyCIC portal on May 31st, 2021 when my medicals expired. Check what's the message under your Medical Exam section. Mine is "You do not need medical...". This most likely means that you have reached the medical expiry date (valid for 1 year after they are assessed by Health Canada) and with the new policy in effect it'll be extended in due time depending on the officer processing our files, and you know how lazy they are these days, especially with the backlogged files!

The latest update was about "medical passed", and today was the expiry date for our medical exam.
I thought that was going to be good news.
