I am not quite sure, I think the COPR should be issued by Etobicoke when I called yesterday? I also heard Ottawa before when I called, I assume it is the processing office? I hope that helps.

they seem to have one listed, and I was concerned when I got final decision because mine had an expiry two weeks later and etobicoke can be slow.
but when i got the landing confirmation, the actual COPR, the letter did say that they know getting the PR card actions done can be slow during COVID so the COPR letter itself is good for one year from the date of issue.

Yesterday I found out from agent that application approved on March 20, 2021. Today my online account changed to "Approved" and COPR was attached.

On a quick read it says it is valid for 1 year and a PR card has to obtained within this one year.
Same here. Everything passed since October 2020, not even a single GU since then. AOR April 2, 2020. Waiting only for the final decision. I don't know what the hell they are doing with our life.

I am the same. All passed Oct 2020 but none since then Aor Mar 8 2020
And what are IRCC telling you about the delay??? Or are they not saying anything?
