COPR this week?

IRCC sent my COPR document today into the GIC account and sent by the representative to me.
Going to mail photos and copy of COPR by tomorrow.
Still can’t believe that I am finally a PR

How long did it take to receive the COPR document after your application was approved in GC key?

my file has already passed 9 months and a week

Yes! I am getting so many well paid job offers which I can’t accept because of LMIA work permit.
Working underpaid job, stressful life and this is affecting my mental health so bad but I can’t do anything. I am here since last 6 years but ircic doesn’t care about our time and heath.

I got my application approved into GIC account on 3rd of February and the very next day I received the golden COPR.

Lucky you didn’t have to go through the portal and received it the very next day.

I see, same here. Life plans on hold, stuck in a low-paid job and miss many opportunities... (7 years in Canada)

The agent has to manually send the COPR document after your application has been approved.The delay could possibly be due to the fact after your file was approved by Ottawa processing center,it was then sent to your local VO(secondary office) to issue the COPR. The COPR is either issued by an agent in the central office in Ottawa or in your Local VO.

Secondary office is local office? because in my GCMS note my secondary office is Sydney while I am in Toronto

Call IRCC because one of my friend has same situation like you.then they call IRCC and they check it and send CoPR to them by mail.there is some problem occurred.

Secondary office is local office? because in my GCMS note my secondary office is Sydney while I am in Toronto

I am based in Calgary and my secondary office is Edmonton. Are you a PNP nominee?That might explain why your secondary office is Sydney.

Thanks, I called last Friday and they said they don’t know how and when the document will be sent to me. Will try calling again next week

No I am CEC based in Toronto my local office (secondary office) should be Etobicoke but it is Sydney!!!

Secondary office isn't always necessarily your local VO. It is usually whichever other office assists with the processing of an application. One of my secondary offices is Edmonton, but i live in Toronto.

Am I asking for anything? I am sharing my experience with IRCC, maybe that will help other people in similar situations!
I suggest never trust one source, but if 2 professionals getting paid for what they do suggest one option and someone on the forum suggest completely different thing - guess who I am going to trust more?

You can definitely trust who u want to, thats why I said in 90% not 100% cause every case is different. But anyways please update us what U get at last an Extension or remedical, all the best.
