So i called ircc on 22nd janaury #security not started yet


Called again on feb 1

Security passed on 23rd janaury


So see 1 day heheh

Before Covid19 yes but for current situation no one has idea but since you are CEC and AOR June you might here back from them soon as lots of June Aor are get PR

Congrats @Navjot sidhu !! glad to see this progress. May I ask, when your criminality passed? I am trying to find out after criminality how long it takes to security will be passed.

CEC applications first get sent to Sydney for completeness check, then sent to Ottawa for processing. PNP paper based applicants get issued COPR from the Sydney office.

With the pandemic they are also able to shift files to other VO across the country as well.

Do PNP express entry (non paper) applications stay in Sydney too?

My observation looking at few cases.. it looks like security check is taking around 3 months from Biometrics.

My security was done within 4-5 days of bio. But waiting on coPR from last 4 months since my security passed and that was the last step to be passed.
so, All stages passed since 4 months.

That's really odd. if everything passed, it's unexplainable what is holding for 4 months... did you request for GHMS notes ?

Yes! I applied on 5 Jan. Waiting for notes now.
my file has already passed 9 months and a week

IRCC sent my COPR document today into the GIC account and sent by the representative to me.
Going to mail photos and copy of COPR by tomorrow.
Still can’t believe that I am finally a PR
