Then you can bring goods when your travel or have them accompanying later, for which you will have ti visit CBSA office with the list of goods.
Don't worry, I am hearing this since 4 months and I got varied responses over the course of time. Ordered gcms notes twice. I feel GCMS notes are not true reflection of what goes behind the scenes (especially with security being redacted) and are updated only when someone at IRCC (PA/CA/VO) manually adds notes for their own reference. I have also ordered CBSA notes to check in case if there is any difference, will let you know if there is. Each application is dependent on how easily the facts presented/submitted to IRCC can be verified and that makes a difference in processing time of most of the applications. All I can do is be patient and follow up periodically.

ok so I can prepare that list now since I have got jewellery pics and get them stamped. Also I can declare balance in bank in home country which I may bring in future to avoid tax obligations.
I just received my gcms notes who can help with interpretation. My Aor is March 4, cic told me my application has been approved since october 18 but till now I haven't received any update. On the gcms notes there is a page I saw document number , document Corp then print queue. What does this mean. Thanks
I applied for GCMS notes on October 17 and I never received it. Anybody else in the same situation?
may be your copr is in process..i got same reply by agent that my copr is in queue
@legalfalcon is there anything we can do about extremely delayed GCMS notes? I'm approaching the 90 day extension mark.
I got the CoPR portal email that request my name, email, uci, date of last entry, and last port of entry from Etobicoke IRCC 1.5 hours ago

Finally i was able to speak with an agent and was told that my application has been approved back in Nov. She also mentioned that the PR card is in production and soon i'll receive CoPR email
