Is this what is called as a Ghost Update ? Or this is a system glitch as we trying over weekend?

Getting the same thing on mine..just times out when I click on it. Fingers crossed its something positive.

I think this is just a glitch or some system update in IRCC's servers, and probably has little to do with actual file movement. The reason is that I am noticing Application/Profile Updated status on my previously approved work permit application as well. This kinda leans towards a glitch for me.
