They asked me my if I was in Canada and where I worked. My name, DOB, city, employer etc. Also about my last entry to Canada. Just general info.
What if you don’t remember your last entry? Like I’m fuzzy on the dates.... so what if I don’t remember ? I can check though but idk when they will call?

This is new; as per CEC requirements one needs of 1 year/1560 hours of continuous job (Minimum) in NOC O, A or B.
If someone switch job after completion of one year will it effect CoPR?
@legalfalcon suggestions?
No, It will not.

the 1 year requirement is the MEC, which you have to meet in the primary NOc declared. For your work experience points you can add work under different NOC, as long as you meet the 1 year MEC.

I totally agree,
However I think one explanation to our situation is IRCC's promise of processing at least 80% of files within 6 month timeline.
As every Jan, Feb, March and April have already crossed that mark, Maybe IRCC is not just prioritizing us anymore.
This never ending wait of Papers is killing and mentally exhausting.

As per IRCC's 2019 annual report the avg. processing time for FSW was 9 months and CEC was 7 months. And this was pre-COVID.

How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.

Table 35: Processing Times for Express Entry applications finalized by year and immigration category, in months

Data is operational and as such should be considered preliminary and subject to change.

  • Processing times refer to the time in which 80% of applications were finalized by IRCC. The processing time is measured from the day a complete application is received until the time a final decision is made by an immigration officer.

Would you mind sharing name of the person whose COPR you received?
