Hi, How do you know your Eligibility Pass, Security Pass, Criminality Pass?? Did you call IRCC or is it updated in your account??

Actually, what is the best time to call IRCC? I tried many many times, but no success. Everytime it said, "Try another time"

Called IRCC twice and both times they said that everything is passed and only criminality is pending.
Today morning, they confirmed me that my visa office is Ottawa.
What is the issue with Ottawa? Really put my life on hold. I mean waiting is good but need to apply for MBA.
Any way we can all collectively reach out to Ottawa CPC.

so many photos......So we submitted a photo while initially applying, then they took a photo during the biometrics collection, AND now they ask for a photo at the end again? Alright.
I took first photo 6 months ago when I submitted documents so should I re-take photo at the end again?..
