Hey bro can you please tell at what time did you upload picture and verified your address? I also did today and how were able to get COPR ? Was it through the portal or did they send by email?
Yes i have but they said can take photo by phone but has to be under specific requirements

but there was not any real update in my account. I have not received any notification email, too.

It is a so-called Ghost Update meaning someone is opening/working on your file. You can call the Call Centre to find out if you want.
Folks I lost my father in India and I could not visit, my mom and sister are alone there. No update from IRCC dont know what to do
Sorry for your loss man. Call them and explain the situation. That might be your best bet,
