Do not worry you will get your PR soon.. sometimes it takes 3-4 days...

Can anyone tell me if there is any relation between getting bio refund letter as a progress step? Moving one step closer to PPR? Or no? Or doesn’t matter?

Guys - I just skimmed through some of the FSW-O from June, July and August. There are many who got PPR. Is it me who thinks this way or Ottawa VO is very very slow?? all steps in my profile are passed and bio got updated on 13 Oct. Nothing yet!!

Exactly! No point wasting time with that, you need to receive that email.
Even with the new process there are far too many steps & each step is at the hands of some officer who creates his own guideline in processing these.
